ARA Electrical Services were awarded the design and construction of a purified water system. The project required our ARA engineering team and installation team to work seamlessly to provide a successful outcome for the client Jurlique.

Purified water system (HA)

  • Engineered design, including, HMI, PLC, programming.
  • MCC, HMI, panel fabrication
  • Site installation including equipment in hazardous areas
  • Hazardous area certification and documentation

Raw materials dosing (HA)

  • Installation of MCC, and associated field cables
  • Installation and wiring of motors and instrumentation in Dangerous goods store (HA) & Pharmaceutical manufacturing areas (HA & non-HA)
  • Installation of HMI’s in bespoke enclosure in hazardous area location
  • Commissioning with suppliers engineers (German)
  • Hazardous area certification and documentation

Gas detection system

  • Engineered design, including, HMI, PLC, programming.
  • PCC, HMI, panel fabrication
  • Site installation including equipment in hazardous areas
  • Hazardous area certification and documentation
  • Interlocking of gas detection with Raw Materials Dosing System, site HVAC and fire detection system.
