HV Design HV & ARC flash study-  Department of Defence Network – Kapooka Army Barracks – ARA was awarded a contract to undertake the following studies of the Kapooka Army Barracks 22kV Network:

  • Site Wide Protection Study
  • Earthing Study for all HV assets
    HV Arc Flash Study for all ground mount assets
  • The Site consisted of approximately 5kms of overhead line / Underground and 38 substations being either ground mount or pole mount.
  • Numerous switching arrangements were reviewed and the site had two 22kV supply options from the distributor to consider.
