Design and construct sub station upgrade

ARA Electrical Services successfully competed the design and construction project for the installation of 2 new 2MVA HV/LV transformers.

Due to the large fault current rating of the HV/LV system, blast walls were designed to mitigate arc flash risks.

The full HV & LV scope was delivered by ARA Electrical Services.

The HV installation required a long cable ladder run throughout the factory to bring HV from the front of the facility down to the back of the facility.

High fault current cable management was required for the HV cables.
