Major Mixing Plant
ARA Electrical Services were awarded the design and construction of a chemical atmospheric mixing plant. The project required our ARA engineering team and installation team to work seamlessly to prove a successful outcome for the client.
The project included:
Automated bulk filling camera system
Full engineered design, including SCADA, HMI, PLC, programming, instrument selection
MCC, HMI, RIO panel fabrication
Site installation, fully documented testing and commissioning
Engineering design, installation, programming and commissioning of 15 HMI screens located in chemical wet areas.
Class 5 mixing plant
Full engineered design, including SCADA, HMI, PLC, programming, instrument selection
Site installation of semi-automated bulk filling system with ARA designed cable tracking system.
Site installation., fully documented testing and commissioning
